International Videoconference “Sharing Interlocal Adaptation Lessons: Climate Change Adaptations and Development in East and Southeast Asia”

The videoconference was held on November 17, 2020, by Vietnam Institute of Economics (VIE) in cooperation with Ibaraki University (Japan). It was aimed at exchanging and sharing information, research results, and academic expertise in the fields of climate change adaption, green growth, green policy, and sustainable development and, thereby enhancing the VIE’s cooperation with other domestic and international research and education institutions.
Research project: State Management of Fintech Payments: International Practices and Suggestions for Vietnam
The research applied an interdisciplinary approach to construct a theoretical framework with clarification of relevant concepts and the application of Fintech in payments. The author also reviewed available management methods of Fintech payments practiced by China, Singapore, and Malaysia, based on which some suggestions for Vietnam were provided.
